Ingredients
Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger, powdered
- 1/4 c Water
Slurry
- 1 tbsp. Corn starch
- 2 tbsp. Water
Stir Fry
- 1/3 Pack Lightlife ground beef crumbles
- 1/3 Red onion, diced
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz Stir fry vegetables, Birds Eye microwavable
- 1 c Sticky white rice, cooked (1 c pre-cooked)
Instructions
- Start the rice, cook according to instructions. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Mix together the corn starch slurry. Set liquids aside.
- In a large fry pan, cook the onions and beef crumbles until the onions are soft and the beef is crisping up. Mix in the minced garlic, stir together and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the mixed sauce, bring to a simmer and reduce for 5 minutes. In the meantime cook the vegetables. Add the slurry and let reduce for another 2-3 minutes. Stir in the vegetables, coating evenly.
- Serve over white rice. Sriracha optional.
