Ingredients
- 1 oz Black Rum (30 ml)
- 1 oz Lightly Aged Rum (30 ml)
- 1 oz Ginger Liqueur (30ml)
- 1/2 oz Allspice Dram (15ml)
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice (90ml)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice (30ml)
- 1/3 oz Demerera Syrup (2 tsp, 10ml)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender pitcher / tin
- Flash blend (or shake with crushed ice)
- Pour into hollowed out pineapple or tiki glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig
