Jamaican Milk Punch

Ingredients
- 1 oz Black Jamaican Rum (30ml)
 - 1 oz Whole Milk (30ml)
 - 1 oz Heavy Cream (30ml)
 - 1/2 oz Demerera Syrup (15ml)
 - 6 dashes Vanilla Extract (drops)
 - 1 dash Angostura Bitters
 
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender pitcher / tin
 - Flash blend (or shake with crushed ice)
 - Pour into an old fashioned glass
 - Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
