Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 c Water
- 1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. Cold water
- 1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all but cornstarch and 2 tbs water in a sauce pan and begin heating.
- Mix cornstarch and cold water in a cup and dissolve. Add to sauce in pan.
- Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
- Add water to thin if you over-thicken it.
