Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano, dried
- 1/4 tsp. Basil, dried
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Milk
- 1 tbsp. Butter
Instructions
- Place the broth, chicken, and seasonings (oregano, basil, salt, pepper, garlic powder) in the Instapot in that order.
- On "manual" setting, 8 minutes high pressure. Let release naturally.
- Remove chicken breast from pot, set aside.
- Set Instapot to "saute" setting and reduce leftover broth + juices to about 1/2 volume.
- Melt in butter, cream cheese, and milk (to help cream cheese combine).
- When a creamy sauce, add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Slice chicken breast into 1/4" slice, add to pot and toss to coat. Serve over sticky rice, or your own preference.
