Creamy Pesto Sauce
This goes great with homemade Pistachio Pesto

Ingredients
- 1/4 c Heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 2 tbsp. Pesto
- 2 pinches Garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan, grated
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat heavy whipping cream and water over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
- Add butter, pesto sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook about 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until just melted. Salt to taste.
