Ingredients
- 2 Large russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise into 3/4" wedges.
- Place potatoes in a bowl and fill with water to cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and pat dry. Toss with 2 tbsp sesame oil, salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F until brown and tender, about 1 hour, stirring halfway.
- Drizzle with 1 tbsp sesame oil and serve.
