Quick Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Russet potatoes, large, washed
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle the baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Cut the potatoes in half length-wise. Coat all sides of the potatoes in olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and place cut/flesh-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until tender to a fork.
