Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 c Greek yogurt
- 1 c Almond milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/4 c Chia seeds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash banana into a puree using a fork or potato masher. Add greek yogurt and mix to combine with a spatula.
- Add almond milk, vanilla and chia seeds. Stir to combine.
- Add mixture to a container with an airtight lid. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Serve with fresh sliced bananas and chopped strawberries.
