Banana Chia Pudding

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 c Greek yogurt
  • 1 c Almond milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c Chia seeds


  1. In a medium bowl, mash banana into a puree using a fork or potato masher. Add greek yogurt and mix to combine with a spatula.
  2. Add almond milk, vanilla and chia seeds. Stir to combine.
  3. Add mixture to a container with an airtight lid. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Serve with fresh sliced bananas and chopped strawberries.
