Ingredients
- 1 c Flour, sifted
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 c Vegetable oil
- 1 c Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron.
- In a large bowl, sift all dry ingredients together. Everything will end up mixed in this bowl.
- In two bowls, separate the egg: white in one, yolk in the other.
- Add milk, oil , and vanilla to your egg yolks and slightly stir to combine.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Beat egg whites until peaks form, and fold into the batter.
- Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray, and cook for 5-6 mins. or until browning and crispy. Serve immediately.
