Creamy Polenta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Log of TJs polenta
  • 1/48 c Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. Heavy cream
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/8 c Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tsp. Parmesan

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan on medium-low heat, simmer polenta with milk and cream for 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally.
  2. When smooth and creamy without any liquid, melt in cheeses. Salt and pepper to taste.
