Ingredients
- 1/2 Log of TJs polenta
- 1/48 c Whole milk
- 2 tbsp. Heavy cream
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/8 c Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 tsp. Parmesan
Instructions
- In a sauce pan on medium-low heat, simmer polenta with milk and cream for 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally.
- When smooth and creamy without any liquid, melt in cheeses. Salt and pepper to taste.
