Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Stone ground mustard
- 1 Stalk celery, diced
- 2 pinches Paprika
- 1 tsp. Dill
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 4 pinches Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and chop the celery.
- Peel the hardboiled eggs with a fork and mix all ingredients. Salt and season to taste. Chill and serve
