Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Stone ground mustard
  • 1 Stalk celery, diced
  • 2 pinches Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Dill
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 4 pinches Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and chop the celery.
  2. Peel the hardboiled eggs with a fork and mix all ingredients. Salt and season to taste. Chill and serve
