Ginger Dressing

  • 1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup (real maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp. Ginger, ground (or 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated)
  • 1/2 tsp. Fine sea salt


  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients (EVOO, vinegar, mustard, syrup, and ginger) using a narrow/French whisk. Salt to taste.
