  • 2 Eggs, large


  1. Place eggs in a small sauce pan. Fill with cool water until the eggs are covered by 1/2" of water.
  2. Begin heating over medium-high heat until boiling. Reduce to a low boil and set timer for 5:30.
  3. When done, using a spoon hold each egg under cold running tap water to cool. Peel using a spoon, ensuring to remove the inner film between the shell and whites.
