Jamaican Milk Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Black Jamaican Rum (30ml)
  • 1 oz Whole Milk (30ml)
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream (30ml)
  • 1/2 oz Demerera Syrup (15ml)
  • 6 dashes Vanilla Extract (drops)
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender pitcher / tin
  2. Flash blend (or shake with crushed ice)
  3. Pour into an old fashioned glass
  4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
