Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
- 1 Peach, ripe and fresh, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. Corn starch
Instructions
- In a food processor, puree the peach.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, pureed peach, and corn starch. Mix until combined.
- If the consistency is loose, add a touch more powdered sugar and a pinch of corn starch.
