Pinata

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Black Rum (30 ml)
  • 1 oz Lightly Aged Rum (30 ml)
  • 1 oz Ginger Liqueur (30ml)
  • 1/2 oz Allspice Dram (15ml)
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice (90ml)
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice (30ml)
  • 1/3 oz Demerera Syrup (2 tsp, 10ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender pitcher / tin
  2. Flash blend (or shake with crushed ice)
  3. Pour into hollowed out pineapple or tiki glass
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig
