Spicy White Bean and Sesame Dip

Ingredients
- 3 Garlic cloves, smashed
- 3 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
- 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
- 1 15-oz can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
Instructions
- In a small pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Cook garlic and red pepper until garlic is golden, 4 minutes.
- Process garlic mixture, beans, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
