Spicy White Bean and Sesame Dip

  • 3 Garlic cloves, smashed
  • 3 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
  • 1 15-oz can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt


  1. In a small pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Cook garlic and red pepper until garlic is golden, 4 minutes.
  2. Process garlic mixture, beans, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
