Ingredients
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 1/3 c Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream on high for about 3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
- Continue whipping on high. Add vanilla then slowly add sugar.
- Continue whipping until it is light, not runny, and starts to form medium to stiff peaks. Be careful to not over whip.
- Serve as you wish, with a spoon or piping bag with start tip.
