Sweet Whipped Cream

  • 1 c Heavy cream
  • 1/3 c Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract


  1. Whip heavy cream on high for about 3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  2. Continue whipping on high. Add vanilla then slowly add sugar.
  3. Continue whipping until it is light, not runny, and starts to form medium to stiff peaks. Be careful to not over whip.
  4. Serve as you wish, with a spoon or piping bag with start tip.
