Ingredients

• 1 oz Column still aged rum
• 1 oz Black blended overproof rum
• 1/4 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
• 1/2 oz Demerara syrup
• 1/2 oz Honey syrup
• 1/2 oz Lime juice
• 1 dash Herbstura or Peychaud's bitters
• 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
