Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Demerara syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Angostura bitters, for garnish
Instructions
- Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and demerara syrup with ice
- Transfer mixture into the small shaker tin, straining out the ice
- Add egg white and an agitator, and dry shake in large motions, 10-20 times
- Pour into cocktail glass through a strainer. Decorate with drops of angostura bitters
