Whiskey Sour


  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Demerara syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • Angostura bitters, for garnish


  1. Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and demerara syrup with ice
  2. Transfer mixture into the small shaker tin, straining out the ice
  3. Add egg white and an agitator, and dry shake in large motions, 10-20 times
  4. Pour into cocktail glass through a strainer. Decorate with drops of angostura bitters
